Exam Tips (1/10)
Schedule regular slots to study in your diary or timetable
If you tend to put off your study until the last minute, or decide to study later when you “have time,” you may find that you’re not getting anything done. However, if you pre-plan when you’re going to sit down to study, you’re a lot more likely to do it. By setting regular time slots when you’ll definitely study, you know when to turn down extra work or opportunities to socialize.
However, be realistic! Can you really study for six hours a day, if you’re already working 8 hours per day? Everyone needs time to unwind and relax. It’s very common to cut down on hobbies or social engagements when we are doing something important, such as gaining a certification. But be careful not to burn out. If you’re tired or stressed, you won’t take in as much information. And it’s important for your mental health to stay in contact with friends, family, and even your favorite TV show!
